Yes, there is ONE big storyline that everyone follows, of course there are some side stories as well, as is expected to fill the gaps left by history. The forum follows the series mostly, and since the forum starts at Season 2, it will begin in 1532 when Henry breaks from the Catholic Church, and most likely carry on until Henry himself dies in 1547 - hopefully we'll make it that far Characters can be in many places at one time, as long as you can keep track and its realistic, for example - someone can't be in France one day, and England the next, not in Tudor times anyway. Generally, i prefer to roleplay one thread at a time, because i can't condense many in my head at one time, i mentally set each thread as create them at a certain time in the storyline. Now... what's my prize - and don't say a hug!!!

Not at the same time, you have to look that there are different time zones in which your character has his conversations, but you can have different convos at different places at the same time (in real life).

That's a chocolate-handing emoticon, i can't physically eat the chocolate, grrr! Willy Wonka must invent that chocolate transporting television soon!!!
Well, if you look at it this way; take for example Thomas Wyatt is having a conversation with Anne Boleyn now (he isn't, its just an example), he could also be having one with Elizabeth Darrell at the same time realistically, but they could be set days apart depending on when i first started the thread. Say if i first started talking to Anne, that could be one day, and then i start talking to Elizabeth, that could have been the next day, does that make it any clearer? As long as you can track your threads, and set them at specific times, then you can roleplay in as many places as you want, if you're like me and you can't then one thread at a time is fine.

No, i would suggest you take it one thread at a time, that's what i do because like you i will lose track of the other ones, and i'll leave a thread unfinished which for my OCD causes my brain to explode. Other players can take on several threads, but i can't, and judging by what you said you probably can't either, which was why i suggested you take one thread at a time.

This forum was made as a sequel to a previous forum hence the 'return to Hampton Court' title, but new members don't need to trouble themselves with that as for them its just a whole new realm, so to speak. As for the Tower - ask the person who is responsible for the designs, that certainly isn't moi, maybe it could be because the Tower is the symbolic setting for the conclusion of Season 2, who knows?

I't sort of a sequel forum to a former forum for some characters, that's why the "Return". As for the banner: This was the first we found. I would like to have something more Tudors related if someone would make it:) But on the other hand I start to get used to it.

Yep, it stands as a warning - pity we can't see Traitor's Gate from that view, lol! Now that's a warning!
